Today he’s the agency’s Operations Director, looking after pretty much everything in the IT, finances and general services fields with a team of 35 assisting him.

Kgaugelo is also an ardent believer in the importance of understanding our diverse South African consumers - he spends time learning about different behaviours, what influences different groups of people and how to effectively communicate with them in their own environments.
